I have lower pain in my back and passing small amounts of blood?

I have had lower Back Pain since a few days ago and started noticing a small amount of blood on my underwear. Ii don’t know what it could be so can someone tell me a it might because I have no idea.

I only want to hear from people who have tried exercise as a treatment for chronic Back Pain. Did it work for you? Do you do cardio, weights or both? Which back-specific exercises helped? I need some motivation to start exercising but I don’t want to start unless I know it’s going to help.
