    These exercises are a great place to start. Another area to watch is your diet. Taking in lots of water and healthy foods have been found to greatly diminish lower Back Pain.

    As a chiropractor myself, I prescribe these exercises daily. This is the BEST description I’ve seen of this exercise. This will strengthen the foundation of your posture, the CORE abdominals. I have treated power lifters and strength trained lifters that couldn’t even extend their legs for 30 seconds without trembling. The CORE muscles must be activated before almost any other body movement can occur normally. If you can’t do these exercises without shaking, your spine is at risk of injury.
