I have lower pain in my back and passing small amounts of blood?

I have had lower back pain since a few days ago and started noticing a small amount of blood on my underwear. Ii don’t know what it could be so can someone tell me a it might because I have no idea.
Sounds like menstruation. When I get my period, I get lower back pain when the flow is heavy. You may get the pain with a lighter flow.
Is this bleeding in some way different than your normal period? It would be worth calling a gynecologist.
