		<description>If exercise were more a part of people’s lives, it would be shocking how many health issues could fall by the wayside. However, it’s difficult to want to exercise if you are in pain. It’s rather like a catch-22. The great part about these exercises is that you’ll really see the difference within just a few days. There’s a lot of helpful information in this post and it’s nice to see that not everyone is considering surgery or pills. I have suffered from chronic lower back for many years until I found my current chiropractic center. They have literally given me my life back. </description>
