Mid Back Exercises

A Series of exercises to help prevent mid back pain.

Has anyone decreased their chronic back pain through exercise?

I only want to hear from people who have tried exercise as a treatment for chronic back pain. Did it work for you? Do you do cardio, weights or both? Which back-specific exercises helped? I need some motivation to start exercising but I don’t want to start unless I know it’s going to help.

What are some good exercises to help relieve back pain?

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and was taking Enbril but due to insurance issues can no longer afford it. What are some exercises I can do to keep on top of my lower back inflammation?
